Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate virtual instructor-led training for new hires and existing associates
- Evaluate learner progress and collaborate with instructional designers to update training materials
- Maintain records of training activities and communicate performance to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of training strategies and adult learning theory
- Proficiency with virtual classroom software and Microsoft applications
- Classroom management skills and emotional intelligence
