Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning, Training & Quality Manager to lead and refine training and quality assurance programs for patient care coordination staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and refine training programs to enhance service quality and operational capabilities of patient care coordination teams
- Manage and optimize the knowledge base to improve accessibility and ensure up-to-date resources
- Establish and maintain hospitality-level quality standards for patient and clinician experiences
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years' experience managing large-scale training and quality programs, preferably in healthcare
- Proven strategic thinking and proactive program management skills
