Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning, Training & Quality Manager to lead and refine training and quality assurance programs for patient care coordination staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and refine training programs to enhance service quality and operational capabilities of patient care coordination teams
  • Manage and optimize the knowledge base to improve accessibility and ensure up-to-date resources
  • Establish and maintain hospitality-level quality standards for patient and clinician experiences

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 3+ years' experience managing large-scale training and quality programs, preferably in healthcare
  • Proven strategic thinking and proactive program management skills
