Job Summary
A company is looking for a Training & Support Consultant to deliver customer support and training to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide step-by-step solutions to customers
- Conduct tailored training sessions and develop training materials for clients
- Prepare clients for their "live day" and provide ongoing support post-implementation
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in customer service with a customer-focused work ethic
- Strong technical acumen and ability to build relationships with clients
- Experience in conducting engaging training sessions
- Experience in hospitality is a plus
- Ability to maintain customer support satisfaction scores as per KPI targets
