Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training & Support Consultant to deliver customer support and training to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and provide step-by-step solutions to customers
  • Conduct tailored training sessions and develop training materials for clients
  • Prepare clients for their "live day" and provide ongoing support post-implementation

Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service with a customer-focused work ethic
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to build relationships with clients
  • Experience in conducting engaging training sessions
  • Experience in hospitality is a plus
  • Ability to maintain customer support satisfaction scores as per KPI targets
