Job Summary
A company is looking for a Training Content Specialist to design and develop training content for Pharma and Biotech Commercial organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the design of training strategies
- Design comprehensive training content and materials
- Develop and deliver training to Commercial teams and support post-training adoption
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree
- 3+ years of experience in Pharma/Biotech Commercial organizations using Veeva CRM, Vault CRM, or Salesforce CRM
- Experience in instructional design and content development
- Experience working with AI, Data & Analytics projects
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
