Training Delivery Educator III
Job Summary
To enhance the training capabilities of clinical and technical staff, the full-time remote Training Delivery Educator III will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training while leveraging expertise in software applications and operational workflows.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training materials and programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Support end users during system go-lives and application upgrades, addressing both standard and non-standard issues
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or a related field
- Minimum one year of experience in designing and delivering instructor-led training or four years of related experience
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and experience with curriculum development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various course development platforms
- Experience with Epic System software or Electronic Medical Record Systems is preferred
