Training Delivery Educator III

Job Summary

To enhance training initiatives, the full-time remote Training Delivery Educator III will develop and deliver classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training for clinical and technical staff, while ensuring compliance with operational workflows and application enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs, including developing materials and measuring training effectiveness
• Provide end-user support during system go-lives and application upgrades, addressing both standard and non-standard issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze client business processes and recommend training solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or related field
• Minimum one year of experience in designing and delivering training with a focus on instructor-led training, or four years of related experience
• Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and experience with curriculum development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various course development platforms
• Strong skills in content development and relationship building
