Job Summary
A company is looking for a Training Manager for the Access Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and plan for sustained growth in multiple sites to ensure high call quality and outcomes
- Create and maintain training infrastructure, tools, and processes for quality output and services
- Monitor and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in training programs and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Health Care Administration, Education, Human Resources, or related field
- 8+ years of training experience
- 3-5 years of management experience leading large teams
- 2 years of Patient Access experience
- Specialty-specific certifications in adult learning concepts preferred
