Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Manager for the Access Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and plan for sustained growth in multiple sites to ensure high call quality and outcomes
  • Create and maintain training infrastructure, tools, and processes for quality output and services
  • Monitor and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in training programs and effectiveness

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Health Care Administration, Education, Human Resources, or related field
  • 8+ years of training experience
  • 3-5 years of management experience leading large teams
  • 2 years of Patient Access experience
  • Specialty-specific certifications in adult learning concepts preferred
