Training Operations Lead

Job Summary

To enhance client enablement, the full-time Training & Content Operations Lead will design, develop, and maintain training materials for Cedar's product suite while delivering impactful end-user training during implementations, collaborating closely with Delivery and Product teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain client-facing enablement materials, including product manuals and workflow guides
• Facilitate live end-user training sessions and Train-the-Trainer programs, adapting to client needs and configurations
• Review implementation feedback and proactively enhance learning materials to improve client adoption and success

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in creating technical documentation and training materials in a client-facing environment
• Experience with large healthcare systems or healthcare data, including revenue cycle management
• Proficiency in creating content across multiple learning modalities, such as eLearning modules and facilitator guides
• Experience delivering engaging client training via web conferencing platforms
• Familiarity with standard style guides and tools like Adobe Captivate for software simulations
