A company is looking for a Training Specialist (Graphics) to create and maintain a unified visual identity across educational materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually engaging materials for high-priority projects, ensuring brand alignment
• Collaborate with instructional designers to translate educational objectives into compelling designs
• Manage multiple graphic design projects and ensure accessibility and inclusivity in materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in Learning and Development
• 5+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• 5+ years of experience with eLearning platforms and tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate)
• Experience in project management related to graphic design solutions
