Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Specialist to support training programs for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

Key Responsibilities

• Create and develop training curriculum and materials
• Conduct needs analysis and develop learning objectives in collaboration with business partners
• Review and modify existing curriculums and support leadership with assigned duties

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related field
• At least five years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience based on education level
• Experience in developing curriculum and delivering training to remote students
• Experience in creating instructional materials and training aids
• Must meet requirements for IRS Minimum Background Investigation clearance
