Job Summary
Creating and maintaining technical training documentation, the remote Training Specialist will develop training materials for both internal and external audiences while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Creates and maintains various technical training documents, including slides, guides, and textbooks
- Facilitates reviews and manages document version control and regulatory approvals
- Collaborates with trainers and subject matter experts to design effective training content
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in developing training materials
- Understanding of the ADDIE model for effective training material development
- Experience in the biotech, diagnostics, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with Adobe InDesign for content creation and modification
