Transaction Manager - Remote
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Transaction Manager - Loan Delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and validate data tapes for loan transactions
- Coordinate transaction functions with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage loan review timelines and resolve exceptions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
- 8+ years of mortgage industry experience
- Knowledge of mortgage banking, whole loan transactions, and securitizations
- Ability to engage stakeholders and negotiate priorities
- Technologically savvy with Advanced Excel skills and SQL preferred
