Job Summary
A company is looking for a Transition Support Manager to provide exceptional support for the onboarding and transition of client accounts for newly acquired advisory firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal partners and new advisor teams to create transition plans and address challenges
- Oversee the end-to-end transition process, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of client assets
- Lead and mentor a team of transition specialists, fostering a collaborative culture and aligning tasks with organizational goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management or financial services
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Support Org functionality
- FINRA Series 7 & 66 is optional
