Job Summary

A company is looking for a Travel Support Specialist in Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers and resolve issues related to Travel Products
  • Document product functionality and train Global Support Team members
  • Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of work experience in a customer/client-facing role
  • Organizational skills and experience improving processes
  • Flexibility with changing job duties and responsibilities
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize
  • 3+ years of experience in TMC/BT Consultant Role covering all supplier products is a plus
