Job Summary
A company is looking for a Travel Support Specialist in Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers and resolve issues related to Travel Products
- Document product functionality and train Global Support Team members
- Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of work experience in a customer/client-facing role
- Organizational skills and experience improving processes
- Flexibility with changing job duties and responsibilities
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize
- 3+ years of experience in TMC/BT Consultant Role covering all supplier products is a plus
