UAT Quality Analyst

Job Summary

Leading business-focused user acceptance testing efforts, the contract UAT Quality Analyst will work remotely to develop UAT strategies, facilitate testing activities, and ensure alignment with operational objectives for complex healthcare initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, estimation, coordination, and execution of UAT activities for healthcare projects
• Develop comprehensive UAT strategies and translate business requirements into test scenarios and scripts
• Monitor UAT progress, remove obstacles, and communicate status updates to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare or health insurance environments
• At least 7 years of experience leading UAT efforts for complex projects
• Strong knowledge of healthcare payer operations and experience with Facets
• Experience working within Agile environments and applying structured testing methodologies
