Job Summary

A company is looking for a UI/UX Human Centered Design Specialist with a SharePoint Focus.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to UX design direction and strategy within the SharePoint environment
Create and deliver UX research plans and outcomes for each use case
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive SharePoint user experience

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience in user-focused production environment
Experience designing for SharePoint and familiarity with UX best practices
Proficiency in wireframing/prototyping tools, conducting usability tests, and creating user personas
Basic experience in UX analysis and understanding of web analytics for design decisions
Familiarity with usability testing tools and software such as Adobe XD, Axure, or Figma
