UI UX Design Specialist in Human Factors Engineering
Job Summary
A company is looking for a UI/UX Human Centered Design Specialist with a SharePoint focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to UX design direction and strategy within the SharePoint environment
- Create and deliver UX research plans and outcomes for each use case
- Develop designs adhering to the U.S. Web Design System and create prototypes for usability testing
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience in user-focused production environment
- Experience designing for SharePoint and familiarity with UX best practices
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools/methodologies
- Experience in web/mobile solutions design for enterprise platforms like SharePoint
- Knowledge of user-centered design processes, interaction design, and user research methodologies
