Job Summary
A company is looking for a UKG WFM Consultant to optimize and reconfigure its Workforce Management platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the existing UKG WFM configuration and identify inefficiencies
- Recommend and implement best practices for optimizing workflows and module integrations
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare the system for the 2025 go-live
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience with UKG WFM and full-cycle project implementations
- Strong technical proficiency in workflows and module optimization
- Proven ability to document, roadmap, and execute system improvements
- Expertise in configuration re-mapping and functionality enhancements
