Job Summary
A company is looking for an Underpayment Auditor 1.
Key Responsibilities
- Review claims and payment information to identify potential underpayments and trends
- Analyze managed care contracts and investigate third-party payor policies for accuracy
- Report underpayments and trends to management for further action
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least two years of experience with managed care reimbursement
- Proficiency in ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT Coding, and billing formats
- Strong analytical skills and self-motivation
- Ability to train and mentor team members
