Job Summary

A company is looking for a Unified Communications Engineer to support the Department of Homeland Security's diverse communications platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document customer requirements
  • Design unified communications solutions and system integration plans
  • Develop and document maintenance and test plans for unified communications systems

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with no experience, Associate degree with 2 years of experience, or HS diploma with 4 years of experience
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD) clearance
  • Experience with unified communications infrastructure and VoIP systems
  • Knowledge of transitioning legacy PBX to converged Enterprise VoIP
  • ITIL Foundations certification within 30 days of hiring
