Job Summary
A company is looking for a Unified Communications Engineer to support the Department of Homeland Security's diverse communications platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document customer requirements
- Design unified communications solutions and system integration plans
- Develop and document maintenance and test plans for unified communications systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with no experience, Associate degree with 2 years of experience, or HS diploma with 4 years of experience
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD) clearance
- Experience with unified communications infrastructure and VoIP systems
- Knowledge of transitioning legacy PBX to converged Enterprise VoIP
- ITIL Foundations certification within 30 days of hiring
