Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part-Time/Freelance User Experience Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on user experience planning and consult with clients and team members
- Create and design wireframes, user personas, and journey maps while conducting user research activities
- Oversee the implementation of new feature requests and provide support for IT capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Trained in Customer Experience fundamentals
- 2 years of experience with O365 fundamentals including SPO, Power Apps, and Flow
- A portfolio demonstrating research and design capabilities, including usability tests and customer journey maps
- Experience with user interface design patterns and best practices
- Strong conceptualization ability and visual communication skills
