Job Summary
A company is looking for a User Experience (UX) Designer for a large DoD client in Learning Management/Training Information Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct UX research and synthesize findings into design artifacts
- Collaborate with product teams to define and iterate product features
- Ensure designs are compliant with accessibility standards and maintain the design system
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in UX, product design, or related fields
- Strong understanding of user interface design principles
- Experience in qualitative/quantitative research and persona development
- Proficiency with design and research tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe CC)
- Bachelor's degree in design, user experience, technology, computer science, or related discipline
