User Experience Group Leader
Job Summary
A company is looking for a User Experience Group Leader to guide and support a team of User Experience Designers and Researchers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product discovery, ideation, and user-centric design
- Manage team performance, provide mentorship, and ensure adherence to design processes
- Define and drive UX strategy while promoting user experience design across the organization
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent practical experience in relevant fields such as User Experience Design or Human-Computer Interaction
- At least 6 years of experience in delivering digital business and marketing projects
- Familiarity with retail industry trends and experience in logistics and supply-chain design
- Experience with modern research, prototyping, and design tools
- Workshop facilitation experience is a plus
