Job Summary
A company is looking for a Trust & Safety Manager, User Policy to join their Trust & Safety team.
Key Responsibilities
- Modernize internal trust & safety policies and workflows
- Run the policy escalations program to address edge cases
- Build out external acceptable use policy and user-facing documentation
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in policy or user policy management at a webhosting-based business
- 2+ years in incident management and policy escalations
- Experience with user restriction systems and KPI tracking
- Experience working with an Abuse Operations team
- Understanding of current and upcoming regulatory systems related to Trust & Safety
