User Research Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a User Research (UX) professional to conduct user research activities and inform product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct user research activities, translating findings into actionable insights
- Contribute to the product development process, including customer needs identification and feedback gathering
- Facilitate design thinking workshops and create research roadmaps for development teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5 years of UX Research experience or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience
- Expertise in qualitative research methods, including usability studies and customer interviews
- Familiarity with research tools such as Qualtrics and UserZoom
- Knowledge of methodologies like Design Thinking and Lean UX
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
