Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Agent to work remotely in Utah.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct 200+ outbound calls per day to prospective customers to introduce products and services
  • Develop a thorough understanding of product offerings to effectively address customer inquiries
  • Encourage customers to receive competitive quotes from licensed agents while meeting daily call quotas

Required Qualifications
  • Must reside in Utah
  • 1+ years of sales experience preferred
  • Fast-paced call center experience is a plus
  • Self-motivated and independent
  • Ability to build rapport with customers in a fast-paced environment
