Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center Agent to work remotely in Utah.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 200+ outbound calls per day to prospective customers to introduce products and services
- Develop a thorough understanding of product offerings to effectively address customer inquiries
- Encourage customers to receive competitive quotes from licensed agents while meeting daily call quotas
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in Utah
- 1+ years of sales experience preferred
- Fast-paced call center experience is a plus
- Self-motivated and independent
- Ability to build rapport with customers in a fast-paced environment
