Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Content Designer to enhance government services through effective content management and user experience design.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct content audits and analyze information architecture to provide strategic recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and create training documentation
Plan and facilitate user research to inform design decisions and advocate for human-centered design practices

Required Qualifications

At least five (5) years of experience as a UX designer and/or content strategist
Bachelor's degree or 9 years of relevant experience
Experience with WCAG/Section 508 Accessibility standards
Portfolio demonstrating design process and outcomes
Direct experience with content management systems
