Job Summary
A company is looking for a UX Director to build and lead their User Experience team.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and grow a world-class UX team, including hiring and mentoring designers and researchers
- Develop and implement a UX vision and strategy that aligns with business goals
- Lead the end-to-end design process for enterprise applications, ensuring intuitive and scalable designs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in building and leading UX teams for enterprise or B2B applications
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing complex, data-rich enterprise applications
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
