A company is looking for a UX Researcher to shape products and services through user insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct various UX research initiatives using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Synthesize research findings to generate actionable insights for product strategy
• Promote user-centered design principles and mentor designers in research methods

Qualifications

• Related degree is preferred
• Previous experience and a strong portfolio are required
• Expertise in a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Knowledge of scholarly publishing and/or scientific research is desirable
• Ability to work independently
