UX Researcher
Job Summary
A company is looking for a UX Researcher to conduct user research and provide insights for digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct user research activities to inform product development
- Facilitate design thinking workshops and create research roadmaps for teams
- Communicate research findings and actionable insights to stakeholders
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of 5 years of related UX Research experience (3+ years with a Master's Degree)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Design, or related field
- Expertise in qualitative research methods and usability studies
- Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research tools
- Experience with methodologies such as Design Thinking and Lean UX
