Job Summary
A company is looking for a Content Writer (UX/UI) for a 6-month contract, working remotely in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write in-app communications and technical help files for product releases and updates
- Collaborate with Product Leaders and Engineers to create UI content and manage the content release calendar
- Oversee the Help Center and Resource Hub, including QA, deployment, and release processes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, UX writing, technical communications, or journalism
- Experience in content writing within a product-focused environment
- Familiarity with XML and JSON formats for structuring content
- Experience with content management systems (CCMS) and agile development processes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
