Value-Based Programs Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Value-Based Programs Analyst to support value-based provider relationships and improve provider experiences through analysis and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support value-based contract strategies through engagement and analytical support
• Facilitate the loading of provider contracts in collaboration with operational teams and market partners
• Ensure accuracy in provider payments and membership paneling while identifying synergies with partners

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year experience with data analysis
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience in organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines
• Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences in a professional environment
• 1+ year of experience within the Service Fund Department is preferred
