Value-Based Savings Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Value-Based Savings Analyst to evaluate and resolve complex technical issues in the Population Health Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in evaluating technical issues and driving value-based savings program results
• Develop business analysis using vendor-supplied analytics platforms and generate data visualizations
• Interface with operational leadership to identify challenges in reducing costs for lives in Value-Based Contracts

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience in descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analytics
• Experience with claims data and/or electronic health record data
• Technical skills in analytic tools and data management tools (e.g., SQL, SAS)
• Familiarity with Epic or major Electronic Medical Record Systems preferred
