Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vendor Bidding Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain vendor quotes for RFPs and review RFP documents
- Identify required vendors and liaise with operational SMEs
- Develop and maintain working vendor relationships and provide vendor solutions for proposals
Required Qualifications:
- Good understanding of competitive bidding within a CRO/equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in CRO/Pharmaceutical industry or related financial/analytical role
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Strong organizational agility, negotiation skills, and drive for results
- Proficiency in MS-Office applications with advanced experience in Microsoft Excel
