Vendor Performance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Performance Analyst to monitor and assess vendor performance and ensure compliance with contract standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor vendor productivity and quality, analyzing data and reports to ensure compliance with contract terms
• Prepare performance reports for internal committees and assist in developing corrective action plans
• Identify systemic issues and implement strategies to improve vendor performance through collaborative initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance/Accounting, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in an operations/processing position
• 3+ years of analytical and data processing experience
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
