Job Summary
A company is looking for a Substance Use Disorder Counselor (LADC) - Fully Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality, compassionate guidance in individual and group counseling sessions
- Plan, oversee, facilitate, and document patient's recovery
- Conduct initial and follow-up assessments, and prepare individual treatment plans
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the social or health services field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in addiction recovery or substance use treatment
- At least 1 year of experience in a telehealth or remote therapy setting
- Must hold a current LADC (Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor) in the state of Vermont
- Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and familiarity with HIPAA-compliant technology
