Vice President, Data & AI Strategy

Job Summary

Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, the full-time Vice President, Data & AI Strategy will define and execute the enterprise data and AI strategy, manage the development of AI-enabled Clinical and Data Platforms, and lead a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes through data-driven solutions in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the enterprise data and AI strategy, aligning it with the company's mission and growth objectives
• Own the development and deployment of AI-enabled Clinical and Data Platforms, overseeing architecture, software development, and operations
• Lead the Clinical and Data Platform software engineering group, setting technical direction and delivery standards

Required Qualifications:

• Degree/Advanced degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, Computer Science, or Data Science
• 12+ years of experience in healthcare operations, data analytics, or software/platform development
• 6+ years in a senior leadership role managing multidisciplinary technical teams
• Demonstrated experience in platform architecture and delivery of AI-enabled software platforms at scale
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, Python, BigQuery, GCP, and modern data/analytics tooling
