Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Business Development responsible for leading prospecting and pipeline building for sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a diverse team and partner with Sales & Marketing to enhance productivity and process improvements
  • Collaborate with various departments to achieve pipeline, hiring, and development targets
  • Oversee annual planning, budgeting, recruiting, and onboarding for Business Development

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 15 years of related experience or 10+ years with an advanced degree
  • Experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Operations, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Solid understanding of go-to-market strategies and top-of-funnel best practices
  • Experience in demonstrating data and systems innovatively to drive growth
  • Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred
