Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP of Global Business Development and Inside Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a diverse global team of Business Development leaders and Inside Sales team members
- Drive process improvements in collaboration with Sales and Marketing leadership to enhance productivity
- Manage annual planning, budget responsibilities, and recruitment for the Business Development unit
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of related experience or 10+ years with an advanced degree
- Experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Operations, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Solid understanding of go-to-market motions and top-of-funnel best practices
- Proven track record of growth and exceeding targets
- Experience in coaching, hiring, and mentoring go-to-market teams
