Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP, Client Retention & Growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of renewal strategies at territory and account levels
- Coordinate cross-selling and optimization activities with sales and client engagement teams
- Manage contract administration process and participate in contract negotiations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Marketing, Business, or related field
- 12-15+ years of experience in Sales, Contract Negotiation, and Client Management
- Experience presenting to and collaborating with C-suite and executive leadership
- Proven negotiation skills for large and complex deals
- Experience with Sales CRMs and managing multiple deals simultaneously
