Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Client Retention & Growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support planning and execution of renewal strategies at territory and account levels
  • Coordinate cross-selling and optimization activities with sales and client engagement teams
  • Manage contract administration process and participate in contract negotiations


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 12-15+ years of experience in Sales, Contract Negotiation, and Client Management
  • Experience presenting to and collaborating with C-suite and executive leadership
  • Proven negotiation skills for large and complex deals
  • Experience with Sales CRMs and managing multiple deals simultaneously
