A company is looking for a Vice President of Clinical Innovation to lead the transformation of complex payment solutions using advanced technologies and clinical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the clinical innovation strategy to enhance payment review processes
• Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to improve the accuracy and efficiency of payment reviews
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to deliver high-value solutions that enhance financial outcomes

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in clinical leadership roles, with at least 5 years in senior payment integrity positions
• Expertise in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies within healthcare financial operations
• Deep understanding of payment review workflows and clinical coding systems (e.g., ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
• Proven ability to lead successful innovation projects integrating technology into payment review processes
• Nursing degree or advanced clinical degree is highly preferred
