Vice President of Community
Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP, Community to co-lead the Community group within the Advancement team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for growing and cultivating the donor base
- Individually engage and onboard new high net worth donors
- Manage XPRIZE donor boards and communities while creating engaging fundraising events
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience in fundraising from individual donors
- Experience managing a fundraising target of up to $10M
- Bachelor's degree; Master's/MBA preferred
- Experience with non-profit organizations and high net worth individuals
- History of managing and developing a team in a non-profit environment
