Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer lifecycle strategies to enhance onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction
  • Lead measurable improvements in customer retention and satisfaction metrics
  • Align customer success efforts with sales, product management, and marketing for strategic consistency

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree; MS or MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience leading a distributed Customer Success team, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of managing teams within budget constraints
  • Deep understanding of SaaS businesses and associated renewal models
  • Significant experience building relationships at the executive level
