Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President, Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer lifecycle strategies to enhance onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction
- Lead measurable improvements in customer retention and satisfaction metrics
- Align customer success efforts with sales, product management, and marketing for strategic consistency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree; MS or MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience leading a distributed Customer Success team, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of managing teams within budget constraints
- Deep understanding of SaaS businesses and associated renewal models
- Significant experience building relationships at the executive level
