Vice President of DevOps
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President Of DevOps & Software Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Software/QA engineers and DevOps Engineers while fostering collaboration
- Develop and implement strategic plans in partnership with the executive team to align with business goals
- Oversee the DevOps Center of Excellence, ensuring best practices and compliance in cloud infrastructure and automation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 15+ years of experience in Software Engineering and DevOps, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven leadership experience managing globally distributed engineering teams
- Robust background in programming and experience in developing demos and POCs
- Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate industry trends effectively
