Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President, Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting for portfolio companies, including cross-border tax, audit, and crypto financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support global objectives
- Manage cash flow, investments, and company liquidity while ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- Deep crypto accounting experience, including knowledge of cryptocurrency exchanges and blockchain technology
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA is a plus
- At least 12 years of experience in a senior accounting role
- Strong knowledge of US auditing standards, tax code, and transfer pricing
- Experience managing a small global finance team of 3-5 members
