Vice President of Investor Relations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Investor Relations to lead and execute the investor relations function.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and implement the investor relations strategy, including investor targeting and messaging
• Manage analyst and investor inquiries and oversee the quarterly earnings process
• Establish relationships with investors and coordinate roadshows and investor conferences

Required Qualifications

• A degree in Science or Finance; a graduate degree in management is a plus
• 10+ years of experience in sell- or buy-side research or investor relations
• Knowledge of life science tools and healthcare markets
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data
• Strong presentation skills and a positive, outgoing attitude
