Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP, Member Experience to enhance the member community for leaders in social impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive membership renewals and growth through account leadership and relationship building
- Develop and refine member experience and programming strategies to meet member needs
- Collaborate with the leadership team to contribute to company strategy and team cohesion
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in corporate social impact or executive services
- Proven ability to develop partnerships and retain business
- Experience managing high-touch accounts with C-suite executives
- Extensive knowledge of Corporate Social Impact/CSR frameworks and networks
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
