Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Member Experience to enhance the member community for leaders in social impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive membership renewals and growth through account leadership and relationship building
  • Develop and refine member experience and programming strategies to meet member needs
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to contribute to company strategy and team cohesion

Required Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of experience in corporate social impact or executive services
  • Proven ability to develop partnerships and retain business
  • Experience managing high-touch accounts with C-suite executives
  • Extensive knowledge of Corporate Social Impact/CSR frameworks and networks
  • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
