Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the Sales, BDR, and Consultant Relations teams to effectively sell to employers and health systems
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and provide visibility into the sales pipeline to optimize business performance

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of proven senior sales leadership experience with a track record of exceeding quotas
  • Strong background in selling employer benefits or HR solutions to large enterprise clients
  • A robust network of benefits leaders, consultants, and brokers
  • Experience in a high-growth, VC-backed company preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically in a dynamic environment
