Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the SMB and Mid-Market segments
  • Analyze sales team performance and implement coaching plans for improvement
  • Attract and develop talent while building strong customer relationships

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of sales success in a high-growth company
  • 4+ years of senior leadership experience managing distributed sales teams
  • Experience in high velocity SaaS application or financial services sales
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and Google Suite
  • Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record in metrics-driven sales environments
