Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the SMB and Mid-Market segments
- Analyze sales team performance and implement coaching plans for improvement
- Attract and develop talent while building strong customer relationships
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of sales success in a high-growth company
- 4+ years of senior leadership experience managing distributed sales teams
- Experience in high velocity SaaS application or financial services sales
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and Google Suite
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record in metrics-driven sales environments
