Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Sales to lead its sales organization and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead and mentor the sales team to exceed revenue targets and performance metrics
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while collaborating with marketing and product teams
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals in enterprise sales
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in the insurance industry, preferably in insurtech or start-up environments
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills in a remote setting
- Data-driven with the ability to interpret sales metrics for continuous improvement
